The Challenge

An Am Law 100 firm wished to expand and deepen relationships with its top 30 clients. To help partners develop client-focused business plans, the firm had previously created a custom-built Excel spreadsheet to display quarterly financial results and marketing/BD activity for each client. Unfortunately, the spreadsheet needed to be manually rebuilt on a quarterly basis. Calibrate was engaged to create a more efficient and scalable process for retrieving and displaying the client data.

Calibrate’s Solution

Working with the firm’s CMO and IT team, the Calibrate team built a data warehouse that incorporated daily feeds from the firm’s CRM, email marketing and financial systems. Calibrate then used data analytics software to configure a set of visual dashboard reports that displayed metrics and Key Performance Indicators for each of the firm’s top clients.

The firm benefited from near real-time views of client data and insights, presented in a clear visual format. The solution also saved the firm several days of manual data collection, consolidation and analysis each quarter.
