Upon assuming their new role, the CMO of an Am Law 100 firm recognized an opportunity to enhance the impact of the MBD team’s efforts. This required greater alignment among the team and a shared vision for how a strategic, high-functioning and proactive MBD team operates.
In partnership with the CMO, Calibrate developed and presented a series of virtual workshops focused on elevating the team’s expertise and output in core MBD functions. These sessions highlighted industry best practices to help align the team to the requirements of a best-in-class function, empowering them to deliver high-value, high-impact service. In addition to the workshops, Calibrate led the team through a collaborative session to establish their core values and service standards, bringing cohesiveness and consistency while simultaneously helping to foster a culture of trust and respect. Using the content from the workshop series and values development session, Calibrate developed a branded, interactive resource guide to anchor and support current and future team members.
Through this work, the team was empowered with tools to elevate their internal brand as impact players and foster stronger relationships with their colleagues and the attorneys they serve.
