Chief Operating Officer

Julie Cole serves as Calibrate’s Chief Operating Officer, ensuring that Calibrate’s operations are designed to deliver a superior experience for its vast client base. Her unique industry background in both legal and staffing make her a valuable addition to the Calibrate leadership team where she works closely with Calibrate’s president and senior leaders to align and optimize the organization’s strategy and operations.

Before joining Calibrate, Julie served as a CMBDO for three AmLaw 200 firms and earned a reputation for building high-performance teams. In addition, she was VP of North America Marketing for ManpowerGroup, a Fortune 500 global staffing and consulting company, where she led its client satisfaction and loyalty program and oversaw a 65-person team that supported four business units.

Background

Julie earned a BA in Journalism (minor: constitutional law) from The Ohio State University as well as an MFA in Creative Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. In addition, her executive education experience includes the following certifications: Six Sigma at University of Wisconsin-Madison; Leadership from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. She is also a Myers-Briggs certified instructor. In her spare time, you will find her at story slam competitions or doing stand-up comedy.
