International Knowledge

Before joining Calibrate, Kat worked in coordination and hiring processes for academic advising, assisting candidates through the recruitment process and making connections with a diverse set of individuals. Prior to this, Kat worked for an African public affairs company, where she played a vital role in market research initiatives and garnered valuable insights into international business environments. Kat‘s professional and personal journey has imparted upon her the significance of fostering diverse relationships and acquiring as well as maintaining comprehensive international knowledge.

Background

Kat graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. She currently lives in Palm Springs with her family and her dog, Roxy.
