Over the course of a 20-year career at three Am Law 100 firms, Catherine has developed a keen appreciation for having the right Talent in place in order to drive a firm’s operational success. As a trusted advisor, senior-level firm leaders, lawyers and c-suite executives have relied on Catherine to build, develop and lead strong teams of professionals that align with core business needs. Catherine works collaboratively with firm leadership and key stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives at the onset of each Talent search to support firm strategy, professional growth and retention.

Before joining Calibrate, Catherine served as the Chief Talent Officer at an Am Law 50 firm where she led a team of nearly 50 talent professionals through a successful merger and integration. She also sat on multiple firm committees including Diversity & Inclusion, Well-Being, Integration, and Performance Evaluation. With her broad experience, Catherine is uniquely situated to support firms looking to supplement their professional teams with high-quality Talent on the business side of a law firm that will enable them to focus on delivering excellence in the practice of law

Background

Catherine has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hollins University, and specialized certifications in Executive Coaching from New York University and HR Management and Data Analytics from The Wharton School. She resides in New York with her son and her partner.
