Insider Experience

Before joining Calibrate, Ivan made his mark at a major recruiting firm, where he led the charge in establishing a professional services marketing division. Prior to recruiting, Ivan led business development at Thomson Reuters’ media division. He has also held various business development roles at law firms McCarthy Tetrault, Norton Rose Fulbright and BLG. Ivan draws upon his wealth of recruiting experience and deep knowledge of law firms, providing invaluable consultancy throughout the recruitment process.

Background

Ivan holds an MBA from York University. He completed his undergraduate degree in both France and California. Ivan is an active member of LMA Canada, organizing and moderating programming that leverages leading industry knowledge. Ivan is a mentor to new comers to Canada, helping them navigate the labour market and find fulfilling career paths.
