About the Speakers

David Schaefer

David advises law firm leaders and COOs on how best to align the practice of law and business of law to best push forward a firm’s culture, vision and strategy. Well-versed in law firm partnership structures and practice management frameworks, David is a strong and effective advocate for introducing and implementing proven business strategies and best practices from outside the legal industry.

Jennifer Manton

Jennifer Manton leads Kramer Levin’s marketing and business development initiatives. She works closely with the firm’s executive leadership, management team, and practice groups to develop and implement strategy to advance the firm’s business objectives, including efforts to expand and improve relationships with existing clients and to engage new clients. Jennifer also directs all aspects of the firm’s branding, marketing and communications strategy, including media relations, advertising, digital marketing and social media, as well as internal communications.

Christa Crane

As Chief Client Development and Marketing Officer, Christa Crane oversees Loeb & Loeb’s business development initiatives, manages branding and marketing strategies, and leads internal and external communications. Christa works closely with the firm’s multidisciplinary industry and practice groups on long-range strategic planning and client development efforts to expand and enhance client relationships.

Andréa Danziger

Andréa serves as the firm’s Department Operating Officer (DOO) for the Intellectual Property (IP) Department. She is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects for the department, including revenue growth and profit maximization, overseeing business development efforts and client satisfaction, and monitoring the effectiveness of the department’s hiring, training, and retention of talent. Andréa also participates in special projects for the Firm Chair, the Executive Committee, and the Chief Operating Officer.
