Calibrate Expands Executive Search – Talent Management Division with the Addition of a New Managing Director
September 6, 2023 – Calibrate has appointed Catherine Dapra as Managing Director, Executive Search – Talent Management. Focused on Talent Management searches, Catherine will leverage her deep law firm experience in Talent and Practice Management to bring added value and exceptional client experiences to Calibrate’s clients’ talent searches.
Catherine possesses first-hand experience with developing a results-driven Talent function that supports firm culture and aligns with lawyers’ expectations. Her strong background in people management, uniquely coupled with in-depth knowledge of law firm economics and data analytics, allows her to build market-leading teams of legal professionals that drive firm success.
Over the course of a 20-year career at three Am Law 100 firms, Catherine developed a keen appreciation for having the right Talent in place in order to drive operational firm success. Catherine has excelled in the legal industry due to her ability to collaborate with senior-level firm leaders, lawyers and c-suite executives alike – who view her as a trusted advisor. Her real-world experience in broad-based law firm operations has allowed her to guide clients through a thoughtful search process to ensure leadership has reached consensus on the business needs and objectives in advance of launching any Talent search, including C-level placements.
Before joining Calibrate, Catherine served as the Chief Talent Officer at an Am Law 50 firm where she led a team of nearly 50 talent professionals through a successful merger and integration. She also sat on multiple firm committees including Diversity & Inclusion, Well-Being, Integration, and Performance Evaluation. She is lauded for having strong change management skills, a keen eye for data analytics and enjoys long-standing relationships with those she has managed and collaborated with over the years.
