September 1, 2023 – Jennifer Johnson, CEO, Founder of Calibrate, was recognized as a 2023 Women in Business nominee, an awards program presented by the Austin Business Journal honoring Central Texas’ most influential businesswomen.
The awards luncheon, held at the JW Marriott in Austin on August 31, 2023, had more than 700 attendees and honored winners and finalists who were chosen from nominations within the business community. In order to be eligible, nominees must be female residents that are employed in Central Texas.
A panel of judges, comprised of Women in Business alumnae and community leaders, judged on career advancement, present company success, business leadership and community involvement. Distinctions included community involvement balanced with business and personal success. Various qualifying questions in the nomination process included career growth, leadership & mentorship, volunteering & community engagement.
