Jamie Lawless joined Husch Blackwell as the Chief Executive Officer-Elect in the summer of 2023 and has now assumed the formal position of Chief Executive Officer. Jamie is a leader with deep law firm and corporate experience, and a proven ability to lead, develop, and support attorneys and business professionals alike. She is able to create and communicate a clear vision, both to clients, professional teams and internal stakeholders. Lawless has spent 25 years in the professional services industry, both in legal operations and delivering services to lawyers and law firms. She has served in various leadership roles at one of the largest law firms in the world and as a corporate executive at a Fortune 500 company.

Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer | Davis Wright Tremaine

Julia Bennett has joined Davis Wright Tremaine as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. With her JD, a decade in legal marketing at Am Law 100 and 200 firms, and significant experience as a practicing lawyer at Venable, Julia has established herself as a natural leader and seasoned strategic advisor within the legal community. Building upon her extensive knowledge and demonstrated leadership as the CMO at Brown Rudnick, she is now driving the transformation of DWT’s reputation for excellence, ensuring the firm stays at the forefront of market-leading innovation in client service.

Chief Human Resources Officer | Barnes & Thornburg

Natalie Klusek has joined Barnes & Thornburg as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Natalie has over 25 years of experience across multiple HR functions within Accenture. She holds a wealth of HR and business operations subject matter expertise, having held roles in recruitment, talent management, talent strategy, DEI, HR systems and HR program/project management. Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, she served as a Global HR Ventures & Acquisitions Operations and Reporting Lead.

Dana Gray has joined Fish & Richardson as the firm’s Chief Legal Talent & Inclusion Officer. Dana has over 20 years of law firm experience, spanning recruiting, legal personnel, diversity and inclusion, professional development, and practice management. Prior to joining Fish, she served as the Managing Director of Professional Development at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. She currently serves on the board of directors of the National Association for Law Placement and is a member of the Professional Development Consortium and the Minnesota Legal Career Professionals.
