As a Director of Executive Search, Hadleigh focuses on meeting the needs of candidates and law firm clients throughout the recruiting process life cycle.
Prior to joining Calibrate, Hadleigh spent over 15 years as a business development professional in the legal and financial services industries. She has worked within two Am Law 200 firms – Vinson & Elkins LLP and Thompson & Knight LLP – and one of the world’s oldest and largest financial institutions, J.P. Morgan. In those positions, she has been responsible for hiring and managing multi-member teams focused on strategic marketing, business development, and client relations.
Her cross-industry and hiring experience provides her with a unique perspective into the recruiting process and enables her to fully understand the needs of both candidates and clients.
Hadleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and daughter.
