Daniela brings more than two decades of experience with professional services firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and West Monroe Partners, primarily in recruiting for industries such as Healthcare, Public Services, Financial Services, and Technology. Most of her career has been focused on recruiting top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Daniela also has expertise in technology services, including implementing, testing, and rolling out candidate management systems, along with training teams. Her HR background includes roles in payroll, employee benefits, and employee relations.
Daniela is deeply committed to service and diversity, taking on leadership roles in Employee Resource Groups focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Hispanic American initiatives. She has volunteered for events like refugee candidate workshops, Habitat for Humanity builds, and community service projects supporting the homeless and underserved communities.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Science with a minor in Management Information Systems from Western Illinois University and lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
