Anna has over 6 years of business development experience in the legal industry. She has worked within two Am Law 50 firms – Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Jones Day as a Business Development Coordinator. At CMS, an international law firm, Anna was a Business Development Manager supporting their ESG Task Force. Anna created and executed the group’s business plan, led multi-jurisdictional and cross-sector proposals and RFPs, organized and executed client events, managed budgets, thought leadership campaigns, and ESG technical solutions for clients.
Her cross-industry and hiring experience provides her with a unique perspective into the recruiting process and enables her to fully understand the needs of both candidates and clients.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Greenwich, England. She lives with her husband and son in Panama City Beach, Florida. She is also fluent in Russian.
