Kenyan assists with research, coordination, and project collaboration throughout the life cycle of the recruiting process for candidates and law firm clients.
Prior to joining Calibrate, Kenyan worked at a healthcare recruiting company, guiding healthcare professionals through the onboarding and credentialing process. Prior to that, she interned with the Walt Disney Company, where she attended business development workshops and panels, while leading a team of cast members in the parks. Both of these experiences have taught her the value of a workforce built of talented and diverse individuals.
Kenyan graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of California, Irvine. She currently lives in Laguna Niguel, California with her boyfriend and her dog, Boji.
