Most recently, she served as Global Director of Internal Recruitment and Talent Programs at WilsonHCG, where she led a team of recruiters supporting global hiring initiatives and internal resourcing strategies for enterprise clients.
Throughout her tenure, Sam played a key role in scaling global workforce programs, optimizing hiring operations, and implementing Workday Recruiting across multiple regions. Her experience spans end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline development, and strategic workforce planning, with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder partnership.
