Known for her people centered leadership style and operational expertise, Krista helps law firms and legal teams design modern, flexible, and future-ready talent models.
At Calibrate, Krista plays an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s flexible talent (“Flex”) and fractional executive offerings, designing solutions that give legal organizations access to the right expertise at the right time. She blends data-driven strategy with deep operational knowledge to develop scalable models that enhance workforce agility, elevate the candidate and client experience, and support long-term growth.
Before joining Calibrate, Krista served as a Senior Global Director of Talent Operations, leading RPO and Contingent initiatives, enterprise-wide talent programs, and global recruiting teams while partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team. Her leadership shaped strategic workforce planning, recruiter performance programs, client satisfaction frameworks, and operational governance that supported major accounts worldwide.

She has volunteered for years with Hire Heroes USA, providing coaching, resume support, and job-search guidance to service members and their families. She also led an internal employee belonging group dedicated to veteran advocacy, fostering stronger awareness, support, and community for veteran employees across her organization.

Background
Krista began her career in senior administrative and project leadership roles before moving into recruiting, staffing, and workforce strategy across financial services, education, corporate environments, and consulting. She has experience in staffing services, litigation support, corporate recruiting, executive hiring, and business ownership (including running her own photography business).
She has spent her career supporting organizations across the U.S. through executive recruitment, talent operations, consulting, and organizational leadership.
Originally from California and now based in New Hampshire, Krista is devoted to her blended family, her dogs Charlie and Lucy, and several creative community projects including kindness-centered initiatives and a large, global Taylor Swift themed fantasy sports community she co-founded.
