Prior to joining Calibrate, Audrey spent over a decade in marketing and business development at firms ranging in size from a top Am Law 100 firm to a litigation boutique. In these roles, she developed and implemented initiatives designed to deepen client relationships and grow firm revenue, and routinely partnered with other business services teams to support these efforts.

Serving as a strategic advisor to law firm leaders, Audrey helps business services teams enhance efficiencies and collaboration, improve alignment of structures, roles and accountabilities to the needs of the firm, and identify and communicate ROI. Clients benefit from her broad experience, practical guidance and results-focused approach.

Background

Audrey earned a dual bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in Journalism & Mass Communications and Art. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.
