Robyn approaches her role with one goal: to have a high-performing organization that allows for each individual contributor to thrive to the best of their ability, whether it be making successful placements or completing a consulting project and exceeding client expectations.

A Holistic Approach

Robyn believes that growing a business requires a high degree of collaboration, focus and teamwork. Using her MBA as well as her years in corporate finance as a guide, she manages not only the financial side of the business but also ensures that the technology and, most importantly, the human element are all in alignment with an eye towards constant improvement.

Business Savvy

Robyn previously worked for a prominent global recruiting firm, where she sourced and screened qualified talent. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at The Procter & Gamble Company in various finance roles, holding responsibility for corporate consolidations, forecasting and planning, and cost accounting for the North American division. Calibrate’s clients benefit from her ability to understand their business needs and work with people across all disciplines – and at all levels.


Robyn earned her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and her M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. She lives in the New York suburbs with her husband and two children.
